Mt. Juliet, TN, October 5, 2026… Jupiter Band Instruments is pleased to welcome accomplished conductor, music educator, clinician, and performing artist Adrian Jermaine Adams to their esteemed roster of musicians. With 15 years of experience leading ensembles at the secondary and collegiate levels, Adams brings a deep commitment to musical excellence, student development, and expanding access to quality music education.
Throughout his career, Adams has consistently led student ensembles to Superior ratings in concert, jazz, and marching band performance. He currently serves as Director of Bands at Community Christian School in Stockbridge, GA, teaches part-time in Fine Arts/Music at the University of Louisiana Monroe, and works as Band Consultant for the Band of Gold at Allen University in Columbia, SC. A two-time GRAMMY Music Educator Award Quarterfinalist, Adams is also the founder of AJA Consulting, through which he works with band directors and music programs to strengthen instruction, leadership, and ensemble development.
A highlight of Adams’ career came in June 2023, when he led The Sound of Dutchtown on an international tour of Normandy, France, as the featured marching band for the 79th commemoration of D-Day. A sought-after clinician and honor band conductor, he continues to work with students and educators throughout the Southeast, bringing an energetic approach to musicianship and rehearsal pedagogy.
“A great brass sound begins with a great foundation, and Jupiter instruments provide me with what I value most: consistency for the player, clarity for the ensemble, and a sound that connects with all audiences,” says Adams.
Adams’ partnership with Jupiter Band Instruments reflects a shared commitment to supporting music educators and equipping musicians with top-tier instruments for every stage of their musical journey.
