All Jupiter instruments are guaranteed free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years from the original date of purchase. Wooden clarinet components such as upper joint, lower joint, bell, and barrel are protected under a 5 year limited warranty against cracking.
All repairs must be performed by an authorized Jupiter repair facility. All warranty repair claims require proof of purchase for processing.
